Elissa Hodges
Elissa represents individuals and famililes in real estate transactions, estate planning matters (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), probate, and guardianships and conservatorships. Her practice also includes representing corporate clients in forming business entities, maintaining corporate formalities, real estate development, sales and purchases.
In 2012, Elissa received her juris doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, completing an individual concentration in Family and Small Business Estate Planning.
Elissa and her family are proud Ankeny residents.
